FIGHTS ON

FIGHTS ON · The Pathway

Start as an employee. Grow into an owner — and a mentor.

Most companies hire veterans and stop there. The Pathway is a published route from your first job to owning a territory, with the standard written down and the timeline left flexible.

Five stages

The route

Timelines are typical progression, not promises or caps. People move ahead of them and behind them, and the call is made in a debrief with evidence on the table.

01

Where everyone starts

Employee

You do the work — drive, dispatch, recruit, coordinate. You're paid a real wage and evaluated against a standard you can read. Nothing here is a trial period in disguise.

02

Once you've proven the standard

Leader

You run a crew or a dispatch board. You own a schedule and the debriefs for your people. This is where we find out who wants the next stage.

03

When you're ready to run a business unit

Operator

You run an operation: hiring, customers, margin, and the standard. You're managing a business with corporate support behind you, not a department.

04

When you're ready and a territory opens

Owner

You buy a territory and run it as a franchisee. Pathway graduates get reduced entry terms, because you learned the model inside the company that wrote it.

05

And after that

Mentor

You bring the next veterans up behind you — briefing, debriefing, and opening doors the way someone did for you. That's what keeps the Pathway running.

Franchise opportunities will be offered only through a franchise disclosure document where registration and disclosure requirements are met. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a franchise.

What we owe you

The relationship is the job

On the way in

A real onboarding

You're briefed by a person who knows the job, not handed a portal login. We tell you what's hard about it before you start.

While you're here

Debriefs, not reviews

Regular, honest, and two-way. You're told where you stand, and you get to say where we're getting in your way.

On the way out

A real offboarding

If you leave — for a better offer, a family move, anything — we debrief that too, and you keep the recruiter's number. People come back.
