FIGHTS ON · Contracting Being evaluated

Federal work, if and when it's the right mission.

We're evaluating whether federal contracting belongs in FIGHTS ON — and in what form. Nothing here is a commitment yet. We'll decide the same way we decide everything else: when the conditions are set.

What we're evaluating

Two ways in

Option 01

Direct bidding

Bidding federal work in the areas we actually operate — logistics, facilities, staffing, and support services — once our own performance record can carry it.

  • Logistics
  • Facilities
  • Staffing
  • Support services
Option 02

Partner positions

Supporting service-disabled veteran-owned firms that have strong delivery and thin business development, with the veteran owners keeping control of their company.

The tooling

AI where it earns its place

Capture is a search-and-synthesis problem: opportunity screening, breaking down requirements, matching past performance, and the first draft of a proposal. We're building our own tools for that work, starting with our own use.

It's an internal capability today, useful whether or not we pursue federal work. If it gets good enough to sell, it becomes its own company — the same way everything else here gets built.
