Who we are

This website is run by FIGHTS ON Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, for itself and the FIGHTS ON companies it owns. "We" and "FIGHTS ON" in this notice mean those companies.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use a request form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, and the details the form asks for. Depending on the form, that can include your company and the role you are hiring for, your military branch and background, your work history and goals, or your truck and freight details.

What your browser sends. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or similar tracking and does not identify you. Our hosting and form providers keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure their services.

This website does not use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to you and handle your request
• To match veterans and military spouses with employers, and to place them
• To run, secure, and improve this website
• To meet legal requirements

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site and our email for us: Cloudflare (hosting and page counts), Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our email and does not store them), and Microsoft (company email)
• Employers, only after a candidate agrees to be put forward for a specific role
• Authorities, when the law requires it

We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email and we will answer within 30 days.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let other companies do so through this site. Because of that, we treat every visitor the same whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This website is for adults looking for work, hiring, or shipping freight. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
